About Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling is a high intensity cardio workout that focuses on 4 different areas: endurance, strength, intervals & recovery. You will work both your upper and lower body as you pedal and move to music. Depending on your exertion level you can expect to burn anywhere from 500 to 800 plus calories in a one hour class. At Studio 360 we ride "drop saddle" meaning we stay in the standing position hovered over the seat or "saddle". We have found that this style of riding forces riders to constantly engage their core creating a truly all over body workout.

Your First Class

  • Arrive 15 minutes early (no online sign up) - this will give our staff time to get you set up with everything you need for a great first ride
  • First class is $5 (waived if 4 or more rides are purchased)
  • You will need to sign a waiver

What To Bring

  • Towel
  • Water (also available for purchase)
  • Shoes- we have some available to borrow free of charge (should you have your own make sure they have SPD clips)
